On the 21st of March 2024, our school proudly celebrated Francophonie Day with a vibrant display of La Grande Lessive. This unique event, which translates to “The Great Laundry,” transformed our school grounds into a colorful outdoor art gallery. Students and staff enthusiastically contributed their artistic creations, which were then hung on lines strung across the school, reminiscent of clothes drying in the breeze.
La Grande Lessive provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to showcase their creativity and celebrate the French language and culture. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the diverse and imaginative artworks fluttered in the wind, bringing a sense of unity and joy to our school community.
This event not only highlighted our appreciation for Francophonie but also encouraged collaboration and artistic expression among students and staff alike.
